During my recent stay at Hotel O Sakthi Grand, I found the accommodations quite inviting, particularly the air-conditioned rooms which provided a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure. The convenience of having cable TV kept me entertained during my downtime, while the housekeeping staff ensured everything was immaculate. I did encounter a communication barrier; I believe having at least one English-speaking staff member would significantly enhance the guest experience. On a high note, I relished the continental breakfast that set a perfect tone for my busy days exploring the local scenery. While the hotel shines in many aspects, there's room for improvement in guest communication, particularly for international travelers like myself.
